Vertex Zens subscription explained: free tier, three paid tiers and a few one-time scripts
Vertex Zens runs a free ad-gated library plus $15, $25 and $40 monthly tiers and one-time scripts from $35. What each includes and what to check.
Vertex Zens is a hybrid: a free library gated by ads (five downloads a week), three paid tiers (Standard $15 a month or $60 lifetime, VIP $25 or $120, Ultimate $40 or $200) and a handful of one-time scripts, including Apex Predator S29 at $35 and Green AI 2026 at $45. It is the only vendor in our dataset with a readable refund policy ("No refunds. Lifetime updates.") and the only one whose product page credits builders connected to another vendor. Checked Sep 2, 2026.
What is Vertex Zens?
A storefront that does three things at once. It hosts a library of scripts (the free tier claims 1,000+ scripts across 38 games), it sells tiered memberships that remove the ad gate and unlock more of the library plus tooling, and it sells a few scripts outright. Checkout runs through Whop, and the shop displays a Stripe-verified badge.
The free tier is unusual in this market: five downloads a week, each behind a LootLabs ad gate. Some scripts hosted free there are other creators' older builds; the shop notes that Glory v5 and Hoops-Plus for 2K26 were added as free downloads in February 2026, and glcrify's Jump At It V4 is also hosted free.
What do the tiers include?
| Tier | Monthly | Lifetime | Listed features |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | — | 5 downloads a week, ad-gated |
| Standard | $15 | $60 | Unlimited ad-free downloads, 500+ scripts, AI Script Overviews, Standard Discord role, priority support |
| VIP | $25 | $120 | Auto Tune V3 AI optimization, 1,000+ scripts, recommended values, VIP Discord role |
| Ultimate | $40 | $200 | 5,000+ scripts, Auto Tune V3 + Pro Mode, values, 1-on-1 priority support |
The catalog claims grow with the tier (500+, 1,000+, 5,000+), and the 5,000+ figure for Ultimate is the largest catalog claim in our dataset. We did not count. "Auto Tune V3" is a tuning tool the vendor describes as AI optimization; we have not used it.
What are the one-time scripts?
| Script | Game | Price (Sep 2, 2026) | Status | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Apex Predator S29 | Apex Legends | $35 | Awaiting update | Page still says S29 during Season 30; "access covers the season you purchased"; credits "yew & ski" |
| Green AI 2026 | NBA 2K26 | $45 | Awaiting update | 2K26 script; no 2K27 build listed; per-buyer watermarked .gpc |
| Dead Eye | Call of Duty | not shown | Enforcement risk | On-device OLED tuning; price in widget |
| Vertex MLB 26 | MLB The Show 26 | not shown | Unknown | Perfect Pitch, PCI Assist; price in widget |
Apex Predator S29 is the cheapest one-time script for any game we track. Its licence is per season ("access covers the season you purchased"), which explains the season in the name and also means a Season 30 buyer would presumably need a Season 30 product. Cronus Zen Central's library lists a "Predator S30", which suggests one exists; the Vertex page had not changed on our check date.
The refund policy
"No refunds. Lifetime updates." Two sentences, on the shop page. It is the only refund statement we could read on any vendor's storefront in the launch dataset. We would rather every vendor said something this clear, even when the something is "no".
The "yew & ski" credit
The Apex Predator S29 page says the script was "built by yew & ski". yew is the brand behind yew.gg and yewscripts.com. We record that the page says it and stop there; we do not know the arrangement and we do not assert a corporate relationship. For a buyer it means the same thing every vendor connection means: compare the products, not the brands.
What could we not verify?
- Catalog counts (500+, 1,000+, 5,000+).
- Whether scripts hosted in the free tier are there with their creators' permission. yew.gg's documentation states no redistribution source is authorized for its scripts; Hoops-Plus 2K26 is a yewscripts name. We note the tension without resolving it.
- Prices for Dead Eye and Vertex MLB 26.
- Green AI 2026's feature list includes "anti-detection input randomization", which is the vendor's phrase. We do not evaluate detection claims and no game we track has a public statement about NBA 2K specifically.
How does it compare?
Against Cronus Zen Central, Vertex Zens' Standard lifetime ($60) is $10 above CZC's promo Basic lifetime ($50) and $10 below the regular price ($70); monthly, both are $15. Vertex adds a free tier and tuning tools; CZC names creators more consistently. The Cronus Zen Central Basic vs Vertex Zens Standard comparison covers the detail.
Against a one-time script, the Standard lifetime at $60 costs about the same as one 2K27 creator script and buys library access instead of a specific maintained build; see subscription libraries vs one-time scripts.
Prices as of Sep 2, 2026.
