Verdict
Phantom is $55 one-time and is marketed for Black Ops 7, Warzone and Battlefield 6; Inferno is $64.99 (compare-at $100) and is marketed as a cross-shooter FPS script. Phantom is also listed on Cronus Zen Central with a $75 value label and a V6 version string, which is more version transparency than most CoD scripts offer.
Both carry Enforcement risk. Activision's RICOCHET Season 02 blog describes behavior-based detections for Cronus Zen and XIM Matrix, and Activision's policy says hardware bans are non-appealable. Neither vendor claims otherwise in the copy we read.
